Step 1 - Discussion

Discussion - After discussing your air-conditioning, cooling, heating, refrigeration or ventilation requirements by telephone we will arrange a meeting for our guys to come to your premises to further discuss your needs. In addition we will also undertake a site visit at the same time, both so that we can fully evaluate your specific needs. This is all on a no obligation basis so without a cost to your company.

Step 2 - Proposal

Proposal - Evaluation of the discussions together with the site survey leads to a complete quotation proposal tailored to meet with your needs and requirements being submitted. Our proposal based upon discussions will be submitted on the most energy efficient and cost effective basis. Once an agreed installation and contract is agreed we will move on to the next step.

Step 3 - Installation and ongoing maintenance support

Installation - Entrusted with your order instructions we will agree a programme of works with risk and method statements being completed and submitted. Once accepted we will commence a Professional Services Installation with our own contracts managers overseeing the project. Customer care and support an ongoing guarantee. Upon successful completion a planned preventative maintenance programme will be agreed to ensure all equipment and installation warranties are guaranteed.
